We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you're not satisfied with your Glove Tune service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
To request a refund, contact us at jjtatlow@icloud.com or call (916)-869-8565. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our secure payment processor, back to your original payment method.
Please include your booking reference (shown in your confirmation and receipt emails) so we can locate your order quickly.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider. For work already completed on a glove shipped back to you, we may ask to discuss the issue first — our goal is always to make it right, whether that's a re-do, an adjustment, or a refund.
